Kersten Kloser-Pitcher
Kersten Kloser-Pitcher is passionate about accompanying individuals, teams and groups break through limiting beliefs and thought patterns to step into self-love, possibility, and their true calling. She advocates for developing emotional literacy—not to be ruled by feelings, but to recognize the life-serving messages behind them and the blocks in our way. Her deep journey with Nonviolent Communication led her to coaching, where she holds an ACC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Kersten believes that building skills to support one another with courage and compassion is key to inner growth and meaningful change. She sees connection as essential—we need each other and must learn how to facilitate transformation together.
Originally from Austria, she now lives in Wales, UK, with her two children. Inspired by nature, she finds wisdom in listening to the world around her. Kersten is also certified with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).
