  • Medea Bindewald

    Medea Bindewald

    Facilitator / Coach

Medea bridges professional coaching with classical music. She founded IN TUNE Coaching to help musicians create sustainable careers that honour both their art and their wellbeing, offering 1:1 sessions and musician-focused programs in English and German.

Medea's work is grounded in her own experience as a harpsichordist and music educator, including seven years teaching at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig. Her approach to coaching is inspired by Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed practices from Resonant Healing.

Medea advocates a cultural shift within the classical music world, moving away from traditional paradigms of competition and evaluation toward collaboration, authentic expression, and each person's unique contribution. • Anja Perl

    Anja Perl

Website creation / Coach / Facilitator

Anja enriches Life around her with knowledge about Nature therapy, NVC, IFS, Needs-based coaching, mindfulness, animism, gardening, food making and self-sufficiency.

Originally from Germany, she has lived in many places and, interestingly, started career and life over several times. The biggest transformations came when life reshaped itself—sweeping away home, relationships, and work all at once. Yet, looking back and into the now, each of those turns ultimately left and leave her more whole and secure on life’s path.

What carries her through the unknowns are the power of community, knowing how to ask the right questions, and connecting with the many shapes and forms of nature, from which there is much to learn.
