Andie Nagel
Organisation Austria
Andie Nagel left her '9 to 5' job as a teacher to travel the world, seeking a lifestyle more aligned with her values and needs. She became a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, a needs-based coach, and a live- and social advisor.
Andie is passionate about creating spaces for people to show up authentically, live their truth, and develop the capacity to respond thoughtfully, fostering a conscious, joyful, and sustainable daily life.
She has successfully run her heart-centered business, 'Life in Abundance,' as a self-employed entrepreneur since returning to Austria. There, she became a mother of two, got married, and now embraces the natural rhythm and waves of life more than ever.

Ondine Delavelle
Organisation Austria
Ondine discovered Nonviolent Communication over 10 years ago, and has been on the road ever since. On this journey, she gained more room for gratitude, for inner openness and awareness of one's own choices. Among other things, she has completed a mentoring program, attended an International Intensive Training (IIT) in Birmingham, participated in two Erasmus Plus projects, and added the Needs Based Coaching Training in 2021 to her learning backpack.
Motherhood – of a current teenager son – as well as relationships has brought perfect learning fields to grow, fall, and rise again.
After more than two decades working in the field of migration and integration Since January 2024, she is on educational leave, takes part in the Lead the Change Program of the Pioneers of Change, and is facing new shores where Needs Based Coaching plays a major role. Stay tuned!
