If you’re ready to take this step, we’ve created a supportive and structured package to guide you through the portfolio pathway toward the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
Please note that to obtain accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, you must pass an exam and have a coaching recording approved. This is beyond what this program offers you. And you will be well-equipped through this package. So far, every Needs-Based Coaching graduate who pursued accreditation has passed the requirements on their first attempt.
What is in the package?
Core Competencies Unfoldment
A 90-minute group session exploring the ICF Core Competencies in detail. You will learn what assessors are looking for when reviewing your session as part of your credentialing process, and you will be well supported to pass the exam.

Individual Mentoring
Three 1:1 sessions of 60 minutes with an ICF-examined mentor coach—choose between Becky Dale , Altaf Shaikh, or Pernille Plantener. You record client sessions; your mentor’s feedback grows you beyond your current level, deepens your understanding, and sharpens your profile as a transformational coach.
- Self-organized between January–June 2026
Group Supervision
Four 2-hour sessions in an intimate group invite you to bring the difficult moments from your client practice and understand why this particular client or session was challenging for you. As you know and let go of any entanglements, you will gain insights that will enable you to coach beyond your limitations. You will also learn from witnessing your group members’ processes.

‘Becoming Visible’
This is a module for start-ups who are eager to launch their business without losing their way in fruitless marketing strategies and expensive ad campaigns. Seven weekly sessions help you step into your coaching presence and find your voice, and support you to crack the code of social media algorithms.
- Mondays, 16th March – 27th April, 16:00–18:30 CET, with Kersten Kloser-Pitcher.
