Roots & Wings

A 7-Week Attachment Healing Journey for Parents

Do you sometimes struggle with:

  • Feeling caught in reactivity you later regret?

  • Responding with care  to your children’s emotional expression?

  • Nagging or blaming your children? feeling stuck in how to respond to the challenges your children bring?

  • Setting clear boundaries with your children?

Then this course might be for you.

Children grow up to become self-reliant, generous and responsible adults when their parents co-regulate their feelings, set clear boundaries, and support their unfolding - you probably know that. And  you also recognize how challenging it is to show up in this way. The daily parenting heat sometimes prevents us from being able to catch ourselves and respond how we would like.

What you might not know is that reactivity towards our children is rooted in our attachment pattern, and is something that can be dissolved and replaced by choice.
Even in the heat of the moment.

If you are ready to change some of your reactions, join us
and step into a game-changing 7-week training designed to help you uncover your attachment history and dismantle it from your everyday interactions, so you can nurture a secure and honest connection with your child. Grounded in Nonviolent Communication and Resonant Language, this program speaks directly to the heart of parenting.

Imagine…

  • ending the painful legacy from your upbringing - the ancestral heritage - right here.

  • understanding and gently dissolving your stuck relational patterns before they root in your children

  • your children, 5-10-20 years from now, speaking kindly to themselves and meeting their world with self-confidence and love…

This seven-week course supports you in tending to the roots of your past so you can help your family grow strong and secure. Each weekly session offers theory and examples, and clear, practical tools, garnished with understanding, resonance, and gentleness. You will be guided from introspection to action, equipping you with the skills to evolve your old wounds into self-compassion and a secure foundation for the future.

Extra bonus: While tending to your attachment history with the intention to parent more confidently, you will notice your inner self-talk shift. You will become more gentle, more understanding toward yourself.

Session Overview

  • In this session you will explore your own attachment story, and connect it to how you want to parent in a safe, inclusive group environment. We will set the stage for further exploration by establishing a container where honest conversations can be held, and you can safely explore what you need to move forward.

  • You will learn how the human brain gets shaped in response to different parental styles, and what that means for your view of yourself and other people (including partners and children). You will also practise self-talk that helps you break the pattern in the moment. goes here
