NVC Processes
in Coaching
The ultimate outcome of NVC processes in Coaching is a deeper understanding of how you can support your clients while recognizing their unique resourcefulness. This includes clients who may not have an awareness of or vocabulary for their feelings and needs. As experienced NVC trainers and coaches, we utilize a range of exercises and processes that are highly effective in practising and integrating Nonviolent Communication while staying in integrity with the basic assumption in coaching that our client is resourceful.
During this workshop, we will explore how NVC and coaching intersect, and through live demos showcase the effectiveness of these processes. You will also have the opportunity to practice your favourite NVC processes in a coaching format, which will add to your palette of how to support your client’s self-connection and way forward. However, our aim is not to dismiss these beliefs but rather to bring them to the surface and dissolve them in a way that respects the protection they provide.
Together, we will explore the concept of niching, delve into point-of-view marketing, establish healthy structures in your work, and analyze how your community activity can have a powerful impact on your business.

Trauma aware Coaching
Longing to go deeper? This Module teaches you how - with the client's consent - to access and operate in those innermost realms where the non-helpful beliefs are rooted. You will learn how to travel back in time to free the stuck parts of the client’s psyche and offer integration of what has been fragmented by difficult experiences.
The training will contain elements of Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication, and Resonant Healing and focus on how to identify and release nervous system contracts and Sacred Vows.
