Cancellation policy for shorter events
(1-2 days)
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, please review our cancellation terms:
1. Participant Cancellation
Up to 30 days before the start date:
Full refund minus a €20 administrative fee.15–29 days before the start date:
50% refund.14 days or less before the start date:
No refund (you may transfer your spot to another person at no extra cost).
2. Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the program begins, free of charge. Please notify us by email, including all relevant information about the new participant.
3. Program Cancellation by Us
If the program is canceled by the Needs-Based Coaching Institute, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment to a future program.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of illness or emergency, please contact us. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial credit toward a future program.

No refund (you may transfer your spot to another person, with a charge of 50€).

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the program begins, with a charge of 50€. Please notify us by email.
