Meet in an intimate group - 15 is the maximum - of Needs-Based Coaching graduates at Pernille’s farm house in Denmark, among cherry trees, sheep, horses, and chicken.
We meet on the 11th June about 15:00 for coffees and snacks. We leave after lunch on the 14th. Foods and drinks throughout are included in the course fee; beer and wine for purchase at cost price.
It will be festival-like days with conversations around the fire, peer-led sessions, cooking together, a schedule that allows a daily swim at the nearby beach, and enough best-practice sharing, experimentation, and collecting experiences for the days to upgrade you as a coach.
The overall theme will be Group Coaching. You will be invited to co-create the program before we meet. Expect no teacher but that all of us co-facilitate and do our best for every participant to get the best possible experience.
Accommodation options: You can sleep in a tent or shelter with shared bathroom (free) or at a nearby holiday center in shared cabins (100-150€ in total pp.). We will get back to you after you have registered to coordinate travel and accommodation as needed.

Can I bring children? Yes, if you bring a nanny, too, and they are easy being a part of a larger group.
What if I can only stay 1-2 days? Please don’t book and leave your seat for someone who can stay all days.
What will the weather be like? Danish June weather can be sunny with temperatures above 20 C, and it can be pouring down and windy. Prepare for both.
Are the facilities friendly for people with reduced mobility? Unfortunately not. There are stairs to our seminar room as well as to the bathroom.
Allergies, pests, bugs? It’s the pollen season, and it’s the season for tics. Be prepared.
Can I arrive before the 11th or stay after the 14th? Please arrange with Pernille.
