We are curious what happened next! Have you been practicing on and off with peers or at home, or have you started your coaching business?
Often our alumni are very committed to staying in touch at the end of the program, and somehow life happens and the momentum fades.

Would you like to reconnect with your practice and/or the community?
Brush-up sessions are opportunities to connect with peers and colleagues, and at the same time brush up your coaching skills.

Attunement and listening skills.

This is where it all begins! This is where we differ from other coaching schools. Attunement is how we can actively build trust and relevance.

We sense ourselves and the client simoultaneously, and in this dance, we hear the nuances, the light shiver in their voice, we notice their flickering glance even just in a fraction of a second. And we orient ourselves toward their inner, perhaps unspoken experience, and feel them. Attunement informs us throughout the session.

Then coaching becomes a pas-de-deux rather than searching for the next genius question.
